We love the wide range of meat available but we stock our favourites - white, brown and blue crabmeat. All the crab sourced is pot-caught and hand-picked around the clear blue waters off the Sussex coast and can be eaten either hot or cold.
Crabmeat is versatile and matches perfectly well with soups, sauces and stocks.
