WHERE WE DELIVER

Fish To Your Door delivers fish and seafood to all UK postal codes. 

Orders to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, all Scottish Islands, Highlands and North of Falkirk are also available, though will incur extra postage charges. These charges will be given on request and an order must be placed by phone or email.  

WHEN WE DELIVER

We deliver Wednesday to Saturday with the exception of some deliveries within Brighton and Sussex being delivered on a Monday.

PACKAGING

All of your fish will be vacuum-packed or sealed in trays, all labelled with the use-by dates and suggested frozen shelf life (around 6 months). Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. Once your fish has been packaged, to keep it in prime condition we place it into a lined insulated polystyrene box and the fish is surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders will arrive within 1-2 working days pre - 5.30pm, with the exception of some local deliveries within Sussex leaving the same day with our own transport. Orders are well packaged and can cope with this time scale. You will be issued with a tracking number with an overnight courier, some of the local deliveries put on our own transport, you will receive a notification of delivery. If we anticipate any difficulties concerning the delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Free deliveries for orders over £40 to all UK postcodes. Postcodes outside of the mainland will incur extra charges, price on request. Orders under £40 will incur a fee of £5.99 with no minimum order.

SPECIAL REQUESTS ON DELIVERY

If you wish to receive your delivery at a later date or a specific date, please specify this within your order notes (fish preparation) at the checkout. We will do our best to meet your needs.

 

DURING COVID-19

Drivers will knock at your front door and keep to a safe distance. No signing is required.

The drivers will choose a shaded area to leave the fish if there is nobody to answer the door, however, in that time the area may become exposed to the sun which is not advisable. 

Our fish is well packaged to cope with delays of up to 72 hours from leaving the factory. 

 

 

 

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours.

Out of Stock items

Our system usually ensures that items you can order are in stock and available but in the event of an item being out of stock on the dispatch date, we will offer you an alternative product or refund.
