Crab is a superstar in the seafood stakes.
With such a wide variety of flavours and textures available from just one animal, there’s something to suit everyone.
All our cooked crab has been pot-caught in the clear blue waters off the Sussex coast and is in season from April to November.
How to Cook
No self-respecting seafood platter would be complete without crab.
Our whole cooked crab is sure to impress at your next dinner party with virtually zero preparation required. Just a few crab-picking tools, a little bit of skill, and perhaps a finger bowl for when things get messy.
