The finest wild caught tuna. These deliciously firm and meaty tuna portions are cut from fish caught in the Indian Ocean. Responsibly sourced and from sustainable stocks, the tuna are fished one-by-one via pole and line which eliminates by-catch and limits the damage to the ocean

This is the centre cut from the yellow fin tuna, skinless and 100% pure meat. Each portion is provided skinless and boneless, ready to go straight into the pan or on the grill.
