How to Cook
Our white handpicked crab meat has a sweet, delicate flavour and versatile, flaky flesh that’s delicious hot or cold.
It can easily be added to salads and pasta dishes but our favourite way to eat it is in crab cakes.
Stir your crabmeat into mashed potatoes along with some chopped capers, dill, and lemon zest. Shape into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry until hot on the inside and golden and crispy on the outside. Serve with refreshing lemon mayonnaise and enjoy.
What to Drink
Crab cakes make a delightful snack or starter, especially when washed down with a sparkling white wine like Champagne or Cava.
All our fresh and frozen fish and seafood arrives at your door vacuum packed. This helps to ensure that it stays fresh and is easy to store in your fridge or freezer.
All fresh fish and seafood should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of between 1 and 4°C and consumed by the date given on its packaging.
All orders will arrive within 1-2 working days, except for some local deliveries within Sussex which are shipped the same day via our own transport.
